Τα σπαράγματα του Κουμράν στο Μουσείο της Βίβλου / The Qumran fragments in Bible Museum

Το περιοδικό National Geographic φιλοξενεί ένα εξαιρετικό άρθρο σχετικά με τη γνησιότητα και την προέλευση των σπαραγμάτων του Κουμράν που φιλοξενούνται στο Μουσείο της Βίβλου (Washington). Οι ειδικοί έχουν καταλήξει ότι είναι πλαστά. Υπό το φως αυτής της διαπίστωσης αλλά και της κριτικής που ασκήθηκε παλαιότερα για τις άδηλες οδούς απόκτησης ορισμένων εκθεμάτων του, το Μουσείο προσπαθεί σύμφωνα με το δημοσίευμα να διορθώσει τις λανθασμένες κινήσεις της παλαιότερης ηγεσίας επιστρέφοντας πιθανόν κλεμμένα αντικείμενα κι αναλαμβάνοντας πρωτοβουλίες για τη διακρίβωση της γνησιότητας κάποιων άλλων:

Στην ιστοσελίδα TheTorah.com ο Abraham J. Berkovitz παρουσιάζει το πώς ο Ψαλμός 22 συνδέθηκε με το πάθος του Ιησού τόσο στις ευαγγελικές αφηγήσεις όσο και στη μετέπειτα χριστιανική παράδοση. Εντοπίζει μία ανάλογη χρήση σε ιουδαϊκό midrash και υποστηρίζει ότι η ραββινική παράδοση συνέδεσε τον Ψαλμό 22 με το πρόσωπο της Εσθήρ ως αντίδραση στη χριστιανική πρόσληψή του:
