Κατά Ιωάννην και ιστορία / John's Gospel and history

Το θέμα της ιστορικότητας του κατά Ιωάννην ευαγγελίου έχει απασχολήσει την έρευνα με τους ειδικούς γενικά να υιοθετούν μία μάλλον επιφυλακτική στάση. Είναι μάλιστα χαρακτηριστικό ότι το τέταρτο ευαγγέλιο δεν καταλαμβάνει θέση στις συζητήσεις για τον ιστορικό Ιησού σε όλες τις προηγούμενες φάσεις της σχετικής έρευνας. Κατά τις τελευταίες όμως δεκαετίες διάφορες μελέτες έχουν αναδείξει τα ιστορικά στοιχεία του κατά Ιωάννην κι η αρχαιολογία έχει επιβεβαιώσει την ακρίβεια των τοπογραφικών λεπτομερειών του ευαγγελίου.
