Codex Vaticanus Online!

Ο Βατικανός Κώδικας είναι πλέον προσβάσιμος στο διαδίκτυο. Έτσι προστίθεται κι αυτός στον μεγάλο πλέον αριθμό χειρογράφων τα οποία έχουν ψηφιοποιηθεί και βρίσκονται στη διάθεση της ακαδημαϊκής κοινότητας. Να σημειωθεί ότι ο Βατικανός είναι ο αρχαιότερος μαζί με τον Σιναϊτικό μεγαλογράμματος σχεδόνα πλήρης κώδικας (λείπει μέρος της προς Εβραίους και επομένως δε γνωρίζουμε αν συμπεριλάμβανε και την Αποκάλυψη), ο οποίος διασώζει το λεγόμενο αλεξανδρινό τύπο κειμένου:
