Tα κοινά δείπνα στην Κόρινθο / Communal meals in Corinth

Στην ιστοσελίδα The Bible and Interpretation ο Jin Hwan Lee παρουσιάζει εν συντομία τα πορίσματα του βιβλίου του με τον τίτλο The Lord’s Supper in Corinth in the Context of Greco-Roman Private Associations (Fortress Academic, 2018). Ο Lee προτείνει το μοντέλο των συναντήσεων των θιάσων της ελληνορωμαϊκής αρχαιότητας ως τη βάση οργάνωσης των ευχαριστιακών συνάξεων των χριστιανών στην Κόρινθο και προτείνει ένα σενάριο σε αυτή τη βάση για το πρόβλημα που προέκυψε σε αυτές. 

[Α.Τ. Να σημειώσω ότι μία ανάλογη θέση υιοθετεί και το πρόσφατο βιβλίο του Richard Last, The Pauline Church and the Corinthian Ekklesia (2015). H υπόθεση των θιάσων, ως το μοντέλο σύμφωνα με το οποίο οργανώθηκαν οι παύλειες κοινότητες, φαίνεται πως ελκύει ξανά το ενδιαφέρον των σύγχρονων ερευνητών. Είναι μία υπόθεση που αξίζει περαιτέρω να διερευνηθεί λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το έργο που έχει ήδη γίνει στο χώρο των αρχαίων θιάσων από την επιγραφική, την παπυρολογία και την αρχαία ιστορία]
