Ας σημειωθεί ότι η Spittler έχει ειδικευθεί στο θέμα κι έχει ήδη δημοσιεύσει ειδική μελέτη στις εκδόσεις Mohr Siebeck (Animals in the Apocryphal Acts of the Apostles [Tübingen: Mohr Siebeck, 2007]):
