Οι πρόσφατες ανασκαφές στους χώρους της "Οικίας του Lalarium" (εξαιτίας του σχετικού χώρου αφιερωμένου στη λατρεία των lares της οικίας), έφεραν στο φως έναν σημαντικό αριθμό οικιακών σκευών και επίπλων. Τα νέα ευρήματα φωτίζουν πτυχές της καθημερινής ζωής των ανθρώπων της Πομπηίας και παρέχουν πληροφορίες για την οικονομική και κοινωνική τους θέση.
