Ένα νέο βιβλίο για τους στρατιώτες στο κατά Λουκάν και τις Πράξεις / A new book on Roman soldiers in Luke-Acts

Κυκλοφόρησε από τον εκδοτικό οίκο Mohr Siebeck η μελέτη της Laurie Brink με θέμα τους στρατιώτες και τον τρόπο που παρουσιάζονται στο διπλό έργο του Λουκά. 

Η εικόνα των στρατιωτών στο έργο του Λουκά στηρίζεται, σύμφωνα με τη συγγραφέα, σε πολλά στερεότυπα της εποχής του για το ρωμαϊκό στρατό. Ενώ, ωστόσο, λαμβάνει υπόψη την αντιπάθεια που τρέφουν οι αναγνώστες του για το ρωμαϊκό στρατό, την αποδομεί μέσα στο έργο του παρουσιάζοντας σταδιακά τον Ρωμαίο στρατιώτη ως καλό μαθητή.

Η Κρατική Βιβλιοθήκη της Βαυαρίας εκπονεί ένα εξαιρετικά ενδιαφέρον πρόγραμμα ψηφιοποίησης επιστημονικών μελετών (μεταξύ των οποίων και πολλών βιβλικών) που έχουν εκδοθεί από τους εκδοτικούς οίκους Vandenhoeck & Ruprecht, Schöningh και Sagner. Ο ενδιαφερόμενος ερευνητής μπορεί να αναζητήσει και να διαβάσει τα βιβλία online. Ένα πολύ χρήσιμο εργαλείο ιδιαίτερα σε καιρούς που στην πατρίδα μας η πρόσβαση στα επιστημονικά βιβλία και περιοδικά έχει γίνει πάρα πολύ δύσκολη.
