EABS Thessaloniki 8-11 August 2011

Την Πέμπτη 11 Αυγούστου 2011 ολοκληρώθηκαν οι εργασίες του Διεθνούς Συνεδρίου της European Association of Biblical Studies που φέτος έλαβε χώρα στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Στο συνέδριο συμμετείχαν περίπου 250 σύνεδροι και ακροατές και διαβάστηκαν περίπου 200 εισηγήσεις, μερικές των οποίων και από Έλληνες συναδέλφους, οι οποίες κάλυπταν όλες τις περιοχές της βιβλικής έρευνας. Η φετινή συνάντηση αποτελεί τη μεγαλύτερη σε αριθμό διοργάνωση της εταιρείας.

Η επόμενη συνάντηση θα πραγματοποιηθεί σε συνεργασία με την Society of Biblical Literature στο Άμστερνταμ της Ολλανδίας στο διάστημα 22-26 Ιουλίου 2012.

Ο Mark Goodacre ανάρτησε μία σύντομη μαγνητοφωνημένη διάλεξη για το ευαγγέλιο του Πέτρου. Ο Goodacre επισημαίνει ως νέο στοιχείο αυτού του κειμένου την σκηνή της ανάληψης του Ιησού από τον τάφο στον ουρανό, μία ιδέα η οποία απουσιάζει από τα κανονικά ευαγγέλια. Για να ακούσετε τη διάλεξη, πατήστε εδώ:

 [Α.Τ. έχω ωστόσο  την εντύπωση ότι μία παρόμοια ιδέα υπάρχει στο κατά Ιωάννην, όταν ο Ιησούς συνδέει την αποστολή του Αγίου Πνεύματος στο 16,6-7 με την άνοδό του στον Πατέρα και στη Μαρία Μαγδαληνή (20, 17) μιλά και πάλι για άνοδό του στον Πατέρα, ενώ στη συνέχεια κατά την εμφάνισή του στους μαθητές  στο 20, 22 τους δίνει το Άγιο Πνεύμα (έχει ήδη ανέβει στον Πατέρα;). Είναι πιθανόν το Ευαγγέλιο του Πέτρου να αντικατοπτρίζει μία τέτοια παράδοση, οπωσδήποτε με τις προσθήκες και απλουστεύσεις που συνήθως χαρακτηρίζουν τέτοια κείμενα, τα οποία τελικά δεν πέρασαν στον κανόνα της Κ.Δ.].
