Σουμεριακές πινακίδες στο Ground Zero / Sumerian tablets in Ground Zero
Στο ιστολόγιο Friends of ASOR παρουσιάζεται η ιστορία περίπου 150.000 πινακίδων από την Nipur, οι οποίες μεταφέρθηκαν λαθραία στις ΗΠΑ, κατασχέθηκαν κι οι περισσότερες από αυτές καταστράφηκαν κατά τη γνωστή επίθεση στις 11/9:

Νέα αρχαιολογικά ευρήματα από το μνημείο της ναυμαχίας στο Άκτιο, τη μάχη που άλλαξε την πορεία της ιστορίας του αρχαίου κόσμου, φαίνεται να αλλάζουν τα όσα μέχρι σήμερα γνωρίζαμε για αυτήν.
