Αρχαία ναυάγια σε βαθιά νερά / Ancient shipwrecks in deep waters

Σύμφωνα με δημοσιεύματα του τύπου κατά την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα ανοικτά της Κέρκυρας βρέθηκαν τα υπολείμματα τριών ναυαγίων της ρωμαϊκής περιόδου (σύμφωνα με μια πρώτη εκτίμηση του 3ου αι. μ.Χ.). Το ενδιαφέρον στοιχείο σύμφωνα με την εκτίμηση των ειδικών είναι ότι η ανεύρεσή τους στα βαθιά νερά καταρρίπτει την παλαιότερη αντίληψη ότι τα τα καράβια της αρχαιότητας έπλεαν κατά μήκος των ακτών. Τα συχνά ευρήματα από την περιοχή βεβαιώνουν ότι αυτό δεν ήταν ο κανόνας.
