Η ρωμαϊκή επανάσταση κι η καταστροφή του Ναού το 70 μ.Χ. αναμφισβήτητα αποτελεί ένα γεγονός σταθμό στην ιστορία του αρχαίου Ιουδαϊσμού αλλά και του αρχέγονου Χριστιανισμού.
