Η βιβλιοθήκη του Κογκρέσου διαθέτει πλέον ψηφιακά περίπου 1000 χειρόγραφα, ανάμεσα στα οποία και πολλά της Καινής Διαθήκης (συνεχές κείμενο, λεξιονάρια και κατένες) από τις συλλογές χειρογράφων των βιβλιοθηκών του Ελληνικού Ορθόδοξου Πατριαρχείου στην Ιερουσαλήμ και της Αρμενικής Αποστολικής Εκκλησίας της ίδιας πόλης.
